Non-Returnable Items
Used candles (wick has been lit), sale items, gift cards, and digital items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photo proof of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
